Description

Strike a Pose is a beautiful, handmade lino print of a girl, wearing a colourful checked skirt, striking a pose (or feeling for rain!)

Taken from an original pencil drawing and then carefully carved into four separate lino blocks to make a print of four colours.

Printed with Cranfield Caligo ink onto Japanese Awagami silk pure white paper, with deckled edges. The outline ink is a lovely rich, dark brown called Van Dyke brown.

Unframed. A3 size.

Please note: Each print is unique and due to the hand-printed nature of this work there may be the odd imperfection – part of the joy, charm and authenticity of the printmaking process! Perfect for adding character to any space, especially when grouped with other pieces.
